  Kuniyuki & Chang has a special contractual arrangement to obtain certified copies of the lease documents, and passes the savings on to you. The cost of documents involved in the lease disclosure will be billed as a separate charge, these lease documents will be provided at cost, without markup on the researcher's charge, presently $1.00 per page.

  Apartment Lease: $150.00 + tax + documentation costs @ $1.00/page

  Apartment Lease/Sublease

   plus Master Lease: $200.00 + tax + documentation costs @ $1.00/page

6. BILLING INSTRUCTIONS

 An initial deposit of $208.00 must be paid by check or in cash at time of order.  The deposit will be credited toward your bill and the remainder will be refunded.
